Fast, friendly and uncomplicated service. Easy claim process. No fuss. They have not declined any of my claims. We have a dog with a very sensitive stomach, and he is at the vet often, all his visits have been covered, and more recently had our other doggo at the emergency vet for an allergic reaction, covered those expenses without question.
