dotsure is a complete *******, always looking for ways not to pay or to pay as little as possible
We have been paying R2000 a month for our 4 pets to be insured with dot sure, note this amount we have been paying for over 5 years. The unthickable happend and one of our pets needed surgery for his back. After we have setteled the R30000 vet bill we started the claim process and like usual dotsure is only willing to pay R10000. its a complete ******* and i will rather cancel the policy and safe the money monthly in case of an emrgency. these people are always looking for a reason not to pay claims or to pay as little as possible. i would not recomend the company to anyone.

20 Jul 2023, 13:19i am extremely upset about the issues raised on top, my wife has phoned and spoken to consultants at dotsure yet the incompetence is unreal. what is the point of having a yearly limit of R60000 per pet when you guys will not even pay a bill of R30000 vet bill?? Dotsure needs to educate there staff on there own policies that clearly gives you an amount payable per claim and not per diagnosis. We have no exceeded all options, we have asked them to contact the vet for a better explanation yet they will not and state that it is not necessary. from the R30000 bill dotsure is only willing to pay R12000!!! we will be canceling our policy as these people are clearly in the business of ripping people off. we were paying R2000 per month for over 5 years!!!!!! Please note i will be posting my policy and all the email correspondence with a brief summary on Facebook and other media platforms.
