Dotsure is a bunch of bull**** and lies

The most pathetic warranty service I have ever come across. Besides them not giving you feedback they just chase premiums and deliver no proper service. I claimed in December of 2022. They did not make mention that I cannot use my own workshop for repairs. I then proceeded to get a second opinion at their request. I did this only to be investigated, car was viewed all defective parts were noted. I waited 2 whole months before I got a rejected claim call. They took all my premiums, did not cover the towing or stripping fees which were at their request. They look for loopholes which make no sense, they are just a waste of money..... They are rude and ***********. They bounce you from one person to the next. I will never recommend them. Being on the motor vehicle industry I will never recommend another customer to them
