Dotsure is a big *****!

Dotsure car insurance I'm not one for bad reviews because I also know what it can do to a honest business but in this case I'm sorry but I have to express and warn people about dotsure car insurance. My wife and I took out car insurance from dotsure and everything was perfect we were promised the stars and the moon with the best premium. So the day came to submit a claim and then the world turned upside down. My husband and I were driving and my husband was driving he got sick behind the wheel and we were in an accident. Fortunately nobody was injured but the cars involved can't say the same. We started the claims process and started of by getting quotes. We submitted the quotes to dotsure as they instructed us and a few days later a consultant calls us to say our quotes were received and and the insurance will pay less then 10% of the original quote to us to repair our vehicle. FYI the amount they paying is not enough to buy one part that needs to be replaced which was damaged in the accident. Dotsure argued that they take the quotes and renegotiate with the panelshop and that's how they got to the amount. I contacted all the shops and they said they had never spoken to andbody from dotsure other then myself who got the quotes. After days of fighting and calls etc I decided to just take the money and go. At this point our policy with dotsure was still active and few days later I get an email from dotsure saying our policy with dotsure has now been cancelled? I called dotsure and they told me I needed to install a black box and they couldn't get ahold of me and so they decided to cancel my policy? Obviously this is not true because if you tried to call me with something so important why not send me an email? But no nobody contacted me and they just cancelled my policy. Now to put the cherry on the cake our third party claim is still in progress and they call me to say they will reject the claim because they don't cover for sudden illness etc meaning my husband got ill behind the wheel and he was on medication for it and he suddenly got ill so they don't cover....what the hell is that? People take my warning and stay away from dotsure, they promise you the stars and the moon when you sign up but when you claim they look for any reason not to pay.
