Dotsure is a ****

I have faithfully paid this company for 7 years for my pets without ever claiming. That is over R40k I have paid to them. A week ago, my yorkie suddenly got ill in the middle of the night. After 2 visits to the vet during the night, he sadly died. I submitted the vets bill as well as the cremation bill and they found every single clause that they could not pay me most of the money. They paid me out less than a third of the costs. This is not the worst part, the following day, I got an email from them stating that they heard he was feeling a bit ruff and they hope he got better soon. This is highly insensitive. Not only did they find reasons not to pay me out, but they could not even get it right that he would not be coming home at all anymore. I would never, ever recommend them.
