Dotsure Insurance the worst!

Honestly whatever you do, don't take dotsure motor warranty. I submitted a mechanical claim after having taken my car for service to which obviously the service provider will do a total evaluation of the car to see what else needs to be fixed, then sent that to Dotsure, they declined my claim because of a date of loss which was 9th July, what is that because my policy started on the 1st of June and these issues were discovered when I took my car for service on the 1st August 2022. Insurers that look for reasons not to pay out claims even when it poses a safety risk to customers are honestly the pits! I want all my premiums back and cancel this and moving to Bidvest, my friend had the best experience!
