Dotsure Insurance Staff: Olwethu and Arabella

This experience is related specifically to Olwethu and Arabella. I found them very courteous in their explanations of Dotsure Policy, especially in regard to Excessess for my 2020 Toyota Etios 1.5XS Sprint HB ND 287-855. They went at length to explain Excess Buster, Basic Excess, Claim below R5000.00, Windscreen, Windows. When requested to Call Back, they did so instantly to clear all doubts, for me to make an informed choice. Both of them executed their duties in a responsible manner, and I'm sure that given the necessary guidance, they will make a success of their careers.
