DOTSURE insurance PATHETIC!!!!!
If I could rate 0 stars I would! This has got to be the most pathetic insurance company I have ever come across. We have a mercedes benz workshop in Boksburg, our driver was reversing out in the parking lot when Dotsure's client came speeding in and bumped him. We have footage and witnesses now Dotsure doesn't want to even reply to emails and expects us to pay for the guilty persons car!!! We work through warranty companies if we hear any of our clients are with Dotsure we refuse to help them. I will continue to post on social media until this is sorted out. They quick to take someone's debit orders but when it comes to claims they *********** to do anything!!!!!

So please get someone who have authority and knows how to do their simple job to phone me or im going lawyers by the end of next week. *** Ask for Christo. You can call working hours 8am to 17:00.
