DOTSURE INSURANCE ****MING COMPANY

I registered/signed up with DOTSURE insurance for the warranty of my car in 2024. My car broke down last month, I reported the matter with Dotsure. They wanted a full report and they got it the mechanic in Worcester JCS auto, an RMI approved company, which stated my turbo was faulty and it would cost me R37000 to repair my VW Golf 7 2019 car. Dotsure referred me to clauses on my policy basically saying they are declining my claim, i tried my best to speak to them but they then referred me to another clause which stated that if the part they cover is damaged by another part they do not cover I should forget. I had the worst experience with this organisation. I am in Mossel Bay and the car was with my wife at the moment she experienced this ordeal. No mercy nor remorse was shown by this organisation, only thing I remember is this poor and senseless service. These insurance companies sell you the world before they **** you off your money, once they have made a buck off you, they then refer you to clauses they never referred you to before signing. I had to fork out the money from my own pocket. STAY AWAY FROM DOTSURE!!! THEY ARE ****MERS! Kindly refer me to any after market warranty insurance companies that actually help clients and do not **** them.
