Dotsure Insurance keep your promises.

Since I last wrote to you about Dotsure Insurance, they promised to call me, until today no one from Dotsure Insurance called me. The only thing I received was a letter dated 13 November 2024 from Legal Practice Council informing me of the suspension and the struck from the roll of attorneys on the 14th May 2024 of the attorney that was handling my case with Dotsure Insurance. That's why I wrote to Hello Peter because of the treatment that we are getting from this big companies, as long as they have money, we consumers are not protected, if an attorney can be struck of the roll, why was she removed as attorney, I wrote to you because I believe in FAIR practices to us by our service providers. We are made to sign contracts by service providers but they don't respect what they wrote in their contract. I have lost more than R42000.00 a month since I had this unsolved issues with Dotsure Insurance. I know most of the big companies CEO's don't know how we are treated by their middle management as also their consultants are suffering from the same treatment. Their supporting staff are making businesses that their middle management do not subscribe to. They are loosing employment because we as consumers we don't trust them anymore.
