DOTSURE INSURANCE IS THE WORST!!!

Dotsure is helpful untill you claim. Their insurance clearly says that private use covers, domestic, leisure, work to home and visa versa, then work trips that are occassional. Got into an accident on my way to an occassional work trip and my claim was declined because it was suddenly not being used for private use.

The vehicle may be used for social, domestic and pleasure purposes as well as to and from a fixed place of employment and back home. This includes work-related travel but only on occasional circumstances, provided that such use does not form part of your regular job description or function, or provide an income to you or your employer.

Staff also has NO sense of care for a person whose gone through an accident, no offer of trauma support yet this is included in one of their premium services. They dont even give proper information on the processes of the claim or what happens when a claim is declined or accepted. ******* CAR INSURANCE PROVIDER. DO NOT GET ANY COVER WITH THEM!!!
