Dotsure insurance is beyond ***********
If there was a 0 rate I’d give them 0, their service is very bad that I wonder why they still have clients, it’s almost 3 months now since I’ve logged a claim and it seems like I’m still gonna wait forever. Every time I contact them the person is either sick or out of the office. Apparently they have only one assessor, an entire big insurance company with one assessor, what a disaster!!!!
