Dotsure insurance is a **** insurance

Dotsure is a **** insurance and I regard joining this insurance under house content.

The first time I called to put a claim the lady by the name of Jo-Anna Windvogel told me that they will not pay my claim if I can't proof that I owned the items that where ****** at my house. And I brought those items from 2009 and who will keep a slip or boxes from 2009. Till told she keeps on saying that they will not pay my claim.

And I was not told when I joined this Insurance that they will want proof of items owned when I have to claim.

What a **** insurance. Before they can take ur case they already tell u that they will not pay ur claim sho am so shocked with this.

I should have stayed with my previous insurance I regret joining Dotsure Insurance.
