DOTSURE INSURANCE IS A ****MER

I've been paying monthly premiums for more than 12/13 years and DOTSURE refuses to payout/ approve my claim. I was recently involved in a car accident and I followed all the necessary steps unfortunately the other party/ driver absconded. One of the assessors even called to confirm which part/s of the car would be fixed. He gave me hope that this issue would be sorted. If this company refuses to payout a mere +-R40 000 then I want all my premiums back( this is more than R250 000) . I have never logged a claim throughout these years and I have never been acknowledged as a loyal paying client. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. ROCHELLE NQLA handled my inquiry and unhappy with the outcome! DOTSURE INSURANCE IS A ****MER !!! I'm livid. I DO NOT HAVE MONEY TO THE CAR. I WANT ALL MY PREMIUMS BACK!!! BUNCH OF ******!
