Dotsure Insurance
Dotsure comes up with excuses when a person claims for home contents insured under their insurance. I insured everything in my house, my speakers and television got electrically shocked and burnt. When I logged a claim they declined my claim and told me they don’t cover for electricity damage yet I was paying them their full premium all these years since 2018.

03 Jun 2024, 13:16I received a call from another member of your management team who informed me that the decision on my claim will not change and it will remain rejected. This clearly indicates that your company does not intend to resolve this matter fairly.
