Sure insurance should not be allowed to insure our fellow Africans if they will find a way to not pay what they have to pay, they paid their clients claim on the same case but they won't pay the third party claim saying the lady whos cR was hit is to be blamed while she was crossing a speed hump, thy say its her negligence, she has to be careful where to stop and how to stop. So now anyone is allow to be crashed on while slowly going over a speed hump. They are putting blame on a client that was 8 months pregnant very vulnerable, saying she is not Insured with so they don't care.
