Dotsure Insurance Building Claim-Storm

Had storm related damage to my house. Claimed on 9 Dec2022 -claim numbet:DOTA***. Assessor came out for assessment in the rain couldn't access roof due continuously rain. Requested that I should get quotes which I had duely done on his instructions. No further assistance for Dotsure Insurance claims department. In January 2023 call Dotsure Insurance for updated awaiting Assessor report. At this stage Dotsure Insurance had not called me once to see if I am OK. It's always the policy holder calling but the Insurance company sits back and collects the hefty premiums, only finding issues not to approved the claim THIS IS RATHER VERY SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS. After several attempts manager to speak to Claims department sadly notified that the claim was no approved. The response from Dotsure Claims department handling of claim extremely POOR, policy holder bear the brunt of laxity daisy attitude. No feedback to policy holder on 3 emails very...very Sad.
