Dotsure insurance bad service

I had a car accident on 09 July 2022 at 09:00 am at Amalinda main road in East London, I was bumped at the front of my left-hand side car door by someone who did not stop at the stop sign and he did not run away and admitted that he was wrong, Dotsure as my insurance took my car for storage, they told me that they decline the claim on 14 July because I did not have a comprehensive cover I am only covered for 15 000 damages while their car damage quotation cost R60 000,

I requested from them to find my own quotation and they agreed and I got -R15000 quotation but they still rejecting my claim and are failing to provide me with the reasons, they are only pressuring me to fetch my car from the storage. My 2 cars are covered by them, I am paying an extra R153 x2 and R101 x2, when I am asking about these extra monies they told me that R153 is for comprehensive access cover but I am puzzled because they said I did not join comprehensive insurance cover and yet I am paying extras for comprehensive cover. Now when I am fetching my damaged car, the storage space tells me that I am owing R4000 because they stop paying on the 14 of July when they first rejected my claim, they are not liable for my disputes and new quotation, and they don't care about the time I spent waiting for their second decision.

I won't advise anyone to join that Company.
