I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with dotsure.co.za and their underwriters, Talksure, for their deceptive practices and failure to honor warranty claims. Despite paying monthly premiums, I was misled into believing that my vehicle's parts were covered under the policy; however, when I submitted a claim, I was informed that certain parts were not covered, which is false and misleading. They have repeatedly refused to provide recordings of conversations or proof of their claims, demonstrating a blatant effort to **** innocent clients out of their money. I urge the public to exercise caution and avoid any warranty or service agreements with dotsure.co.za, as they are *************, dishonest, and exploit customers for their own benefit.
