DOTSURE INSURANCE

It's been more than 5 months of waiting for the third party to be assisted. I feel like I'm not been taken seriously. Each time I call I'm told that the 3rd party has outstanding documents and that they have to wait for another 60 days to be assisted after submitting documents. Is this the way you treat your clients??? Take our money and don't provide a service? My premiums are up to date and all necessary documentation has been submitted. When it comes to debiting my account they have no issues! The service is incredibly poor and I would not recommend anyone to take up this insurance. What is the reason for the run around?? 5 months??? It's ridiculous. I need this escalated to the relevant department and sorted ASAP.
