DotSure - inconsistent service is not good service
I have said it before and I will say it again. When they get it right, they are fantastic but when something goes wrong, you may as well as be dealing with Eskom.
I have just copied and pasted my email to them below.
'It is now three days and I do not have an answer.
Oriana was as limp as a rag doll when we rushed her to Glenwood. Her gut sounds were almost non-existent so she was treated for GI Stasis for three days until her gut sounds returned to normal and her gut was functioning normally. Because of the spraying of trees in the estate for borer beetles and her previous poisoning that could be attributed to organophosphate poisoning, she was treated for poisoning as well.
This is not a complicated case at all and over R3k is a LOT of money to be out of pocket for anyone'.
And they keep sending me automated responses when I have queries every single day since submitting the claim.
I was retrenched last year and to be honest, we are stretched but we know that medical insurance for our rabbits is essential. They are not as hardy as dogs or cats and their care is expensive. But having said that, DotSure is normally fantastic. I don't know what is going on but nobody is emailing me back with an explanation.
I have stated to DotSure many times that I am available on email but not on my cellphone but there are no voicemail messages either. This is causing me so much anxiety.
What is going on at DotSure? Your service on claims for exotics is becoming very hit and miss. Now I have to start sending emails again and badgering you to pay the third invoice.
