Dotsure = Incomprehensible and uncoordinated Insurance [angry face]

After a shocking experience with Dotsure where they happily accepted my premiums for 5 years only to discover I was never covered for the reality of my situation and them rejecting my claim for some pretty bizarre reasons, I cancelled my insurance with them and looked for other insurers. I contacted King Price for car insurance and I kid you not, King Price came in under 50% of what I paid Dotsure for the same insurance. I honestly don't think there is any reason to be insured by Dotsure except for pet insurance, which they do pretty well. Imagine finding out that your car insurance premiums went up from R690 - R1260 over 5 years and then speaking to another insurer, King Price, to find out that your premium of R609 will actually DECREASE every month! It's ******** in my view and I will never spend another sent on Dotsure.
