DOTSURE I AM DISAPPOINTED

Got sold a policy by an agent for my vehicle , i trusted the brand because i already am a customer of dotsure insurance for years and i was happy with the service, it literally took one person to damage the way i view the brand , now i am inconvenienced and have to submit information that should not have been in the first place.

I was sold a policy for a second vehicle but not told about the extra fees involved and now when enquiring after call recordings are provided the agent **** about the information please cancel my policies with you as a brand i do no longer trust you , there is so much competition out here and it is sad that we have to go through this and loose everything because of a simple lie..... IN THIS KIND OF FINANCIAL STRAIN WE ALL TAKING I GUESS WE WILL ALL DO ANYTHING TO EAT SOMTHING
