Insurance is a grudge purchase. Therefore efficiency and fairness are paramount. It's not just about whether the issuer will pay or not, but also the efficiency with which that decision is made. Dotsure excels in both - their payment decisions are snappy - never required more that 36 hours for a determination - generally less than 24! The pay out system is fair with clear written and verbal feedback about what will be paid and what won't. To be honest, I pre-assess each claim to determine if it is a reasonable claim or not. If not then I don't claim, so perhaps that's why all my claims have been paid to date but that does not reflect all the pet care costs as some of them are simply the responsibility we take on for having pets in the first place.
