I had a fantastic interaction and resolve to my concerns with the dotsure consultant (Lusanda No****we from Retentions). Her manner was pleasant, helpful and concise. She put my mind at ease and had a calming way about her that enabled me to relax and deal with the matter at hand. I appreciated this greatly as it is EXTREMELY seldom that one gets efficient & effective service from anybody anymore in this country so well done to Lusanda and dotsure should promote, reward or provide some incentive to this lady for standing out among the masses of useless service providers. It was worth me taking the time to send a review and I hope you get to experience her service and dotsure products are pretty amazing too by the way.
