Good day,so one of dotsures call centre agents named Brendon contacted me regarding a vehicle maintenance plan for my car since I do have a motor warranty with dotsure, Brendon assured me my car services and wear and tear will be fully paid for in this plan and with me asking him like 3 times and he kept saying yes dotsure pays for the services and stuff.So up until I had to do a service for my car I sent it to the garage and then call dotsure to find out how does this work now,they said it does not pay for your car services or brake pads or anything or that sort,they requested a quote for my service to see if they could compensate me but they could not and they also stated that the guy that sold me the policy has been fired and there isn't anything they can do to help me,So guys in short please stay away from dotsure as they are rogues and don't stand by their word and their staff aren't helpful at all
