Dotsure gets the job done efficiently

I only joined Dotsure in February and I've been pleasantly surprised. The level and tone of the communication is amazing, and claims are efficient. My cat Sonic had to go to the vet last month, i submitted the claim with an email, got an immediate response that its received and was paid in less than 24 hrs. Dotsure also sent helpful communication as well as Get Well Soon emails for Sonic. I've noticed in every interaction with them that customer service matters. Highly impressed.
