Dotsure gets 100% rating for customer service.

Greetings fellow pet owners/*****s/parents and all the other folk as well.

I would like to publicly share my experience when dealing with DotSure Pet Insurance.

I have been a customer for a few years and had never claimed however, I recently had a scheduled, annual health check for my male, 5 year old, German Shepherd at the Peninsula Vet in Diep River, Cape Town.

The Vet (Dr Chris Clegg) was fantastic, as always, and myself and Milo left after paying for his booster and overall check.

I arrived home and once the vet had emailed my invoice I submitted it to Dotsure, via email, with the request that, as I had not done this before, they let me know what the procedure was to submit a claim.

Well, the consultant, Tamlyn Mostert, handled everything without me having to done anything further, and within a couple of days the full sum for that visit was paid into my bank account.

I have nothing further to say except:
