Dotsure from great to disastrous
My reviews for Dotsure have gone from 5 stars to 1 star. Their service has declined drastically lately. It has happened twice now that I would submit a claim online with the documents attached. Then, I received an email stating the documents had not been received. I have to then email the documents again. This causes delays in the claim being processed.
