DOTSURE FORGOT ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Submitted a claim for our dog and it disappeared in to a black hole. Claim was cancelled without even being advised or called. No reason was given. i send 2 emails without a response. Treid calling but was told someone was going to call me back. Never happened. Tried calling again and the call get dropped. Apparently the super service days are over and long gone. Another company that got too big and left curstomer service in the dirt.
