I was still busy filling in my details to try and get a quote for dog insurance when the power tripped. 5 minutes later, before the power came back on, a very friendly Michelle Klaasen phoned me to ask if she could help me with my quote. She talked me through the quotes applicable for my dogs, how it all works and helped me with completing my application. What a wonderful experience this was.
