Dotsure, for sure!

I have had my (many) furbabies with Dotsure since Dotsure started, a lot of years ago! I couldn’t be happier with their plans, benefits and service.

My queries are always answered incredibly quickly and all the agents and very knowledgeable, experienced and kind.. I definitely recommend them above all other pet insurance companies I have tried.

They also work out to be the cheapest in the market, which makes a huge difference, especially if you have a lot of pets like us, as there are bundled discounts for multiple pets on one policy.

And, very importantly, when you do have to claim, it’s painless, and incredibly quick. I’ve never had them quibble over a claim - you claim in terms of what your selected plan covers, and they pay out - no questions or delays or hassles.

I also feel they really try to better their service and offerings continually, improving benefits and services (if the service can even BE improved- I’ve found it so good I don’t what they could improve it).

I sleep easy at night knowing that should something terrible or unexpected happened to a furbaby of mine, they have great medical cover that is tailored to their age and abilities, and doesn’t cost the earth.

And again, should I need to pay for a vet, that money is back in my account within 2 - 3 days.

I cannot recommend them enough - the value I get from them far exceeds my premiums.
