Dot.sure for a peace of mind

I liked the constant communication and turn around times in resolving an issue. Iam rating it a 4 because the company is very efficient on the above mentioned traits however it could improve on ensuring that it's agent update their system on time so to avoid calling a client about an enquiry already resolved. I liked how their car insurance offers;include their own recommended car track which saves me time of sourcing for one.
