Dotsure extended warranty

I took out the extended warranty for my BMW and then when I put in a claim for the crankshaft pulley which is part of the engine, they claimed it’s a wear and tear part, they cover the crankshaft but not the pulley… wording meant to trick customers. They also sent me thousands of debicheck orders with amounts we hadn’t agreed on which I had to cancel… Insurance companies are ****mers and you really need to understand you cover before accepting, they will do anything to get money out your pocket and then refuse to offer you a service to deserve
