Dotsure exceptional service. Ben Vanqa- Super star
The Dotsure team has been exceptional!! I was involved in an accident and the speed that my claim was handled is beyond exceptional. The accessment and claim was done within a week of the accident. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Ben Vanqa from the legal team assisted in getting my excess from the 3rd party. He communicated the whole process with me. AND OBTAINED MY EXCESS!!! which is never the usual in SA! Thank you so much Ben! May your pillow always be cold on a hot night. May every traffic light turn green for you! Truly grateful 🙂
