I really want to compliment DOTSURE for their efficient, reliable, prompt and expert customer service. It is never pleasant to make an insurance claim, because such claims are always preceded by some unwelcome experience. It is comforting to know however, that ones claims will be dealt with expeditiously. My experience has been that without exception, my claims are responded to within an hour either by email, telephone or both. Moreover, what is most commendable is the prompt payout of claims - in my case the day following submission.
