Dotsure 'Easy' Policy & Gold Club Membership - Thank you Renatia Zicina.

Following on to my previous review regarding my initial reluctance to subscribe to Dotsure’s ‘Easy’ (Extended Warranty) Policy and finally accepting same purely on the trust relationship built up over the years on my fantastic claims experience enjoyed with their 'Petsure' Policy, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Renatia Zicina to advise me of my Gold Club Membership benefits . As I had no knowledge of applying for this membership, let alone not being aware of such membership, my immediate question was “How much?” Renatia was quick to assure me that this was a free service to all Policy-holders and went on to explain the benefits there-in in detail and answered all my questions in very clear terms. I must admit I was gob-smacked to find out that I have all these fantastic free services to immediately make use of and enjoy – • 24/7 roadside, medical, household and legal emergency benefits. • Fines monitoring and license renewal service. • Pothole damages and road accident (injury/death) recovery services. • Lifestyle benefits and discounts. I now feel more confident and assured that the ‘Easy' Department will match up to the fantastic services of the 'Pet' Department and hope that they accept my challenge, although it’s going to be a hard act to follow.
