Dotsure

When dotsure phoned me in November 2021 and I accepted them as my insurance I was told id be covered immediately. After more than 4000 rand in deductions from my bank account. Now it's I can't claim. Bad, very disappointed. Of 35000 quote from panel Beaters and dotsures assessment quote which was 31000 from their assessments they wanted to pay me a lousy 200 rand because of excesses. No this is ******* and I feel they can at least give me back my premiums. Help me.
