DOTSURE DON'T PAY IF YOUR VEHICLE IF ITS DAMAGED BY A POTHOLE.

I was insured by Hollard and for some or other reason I was moved over dotsure. I never received a new policy or a request to sign it and send back. Fast forward I was on my way back to Heidelberg when i hit a pothole on the road. I was told that dotsure does not insure for potholes, but if I have hit a wall, or rolled the vehicle as a result of the pothole the insurance would have paid for it. I ask a consultants Lusia Sani who is the director who is the CEO of dotsure and was advice that she is not allowed to divulge that information. What a joke as it is on the website.
