DotSure doesn't read claims

I have said this before but I'm going to say it again. When they get it right, it's great but when they mess up, they do that spectacularly well as well.

I submitted two claims. They only paid the newest. Didn't even look at the other claim. I had to query it with a follow up email. They review the claim but only pay the first day and not the two follow ups. I have to follow up again. Nobody has time to keep on querying things over and over. If there are three pages on a claim, why is DotSure only looking at the first page?
