Dotsure doesn't dissapoint

I filled in a form for a qoutation yesterday late afternoon. This monting at 10:00 Carla Jooste called me to follow up. Usually I wouldn't answer any number I didn't know but answering the phone to a very friendly, Afrikaans, warm voice, I couldn't not speak to her. She really cared about my pet and even related how terrible it was to have your dog fixed as I mentioned. Seconds after putting down the phone I had my policy documents emailed and explained in such an easy way for a first time insurance holder. I have never been clearer on what my benefits and rated were. Excellent service. thank you.
