Dotsure doesn't care about their customers

The most terrible service one can ever imagine!! I am trying for over a week now to add an item to my insurance policy. Each time an agent promise me to send the necessary forms to complete, but that never happens. Just today alone, I phoned 2 times in the morning, sent an email, tried to chat with someone on the chat option on the site, phoned again 4 times this afternoon and still no joy! The one agent who promised he will send the forms "immediately" sent me a "test" email with no forms attached. If this is the kind of service one gets from Dotsure it is definitely better to take one's business elsewhere. Let's see if the manager that I was promised will phone me even exists!! Terrible, terrible service.
