Dotsure doesn't care

I have been trying to contact dotsure countless times now trying to get information about an insurance that my deceased brother had with them and no one is willing to help. I have involved attorneys in this matter and still they are alos taken from pillar to post. All documents have been submitted that they wanted, letters of authority, letter of the deceased account statement, every single thing has been submitted but no one is helping us to find out what the insurance was.
