Dotsure does not payout and struggling to cancel with them for more than a month

I have been with dotsure for almost a year, my dog needed emergency vet care three times during this year. Twice for being poisoned in the yard (they didn't pay out a single cent on that because it didn't "qualify as emergency vet care") and once for eating something it wasn't supposed to (they paid out half of the R4000 vet bill). I had a medium class coverage but they came with hidden terms and conditions. Quite honestly just saving the R500 a month would have been better. When I signed up they couldn't give me a document with terms and conditions, they called me seven times a day until I signed up but I have been struggling for a month trying to cancel because they never have callers available to assist with a cancelation. Worst service and extremely sly. Medipet is a lot better I would definitely recommend them instead
