DOTSURE DOES NOT COVER LOAD SHEDDING AND POWER SURGE DAMAGES FOR HOME CONTENTS
Dotsure does not cover any power surge or any load shedding damages. Make sure your home content is covered correctly they are very quick to decline claims after sending a spam email informing client that they don't cover it any longer. Also, my premium was R498.11 and now my new premius is R180.00 per month for the same insured value, with no excess and I am covered for Load shedding and power surge damages. Dotsure are not a trustworthy insurance broker at all. Very expensive just to have your claims denied.
