Dotsure DOES NOT CARE for HONEST AND LOYAL customers

DotSURE is not compassionate. They do not communicate. My aunt is insured with them. She had been sick, been off work and had to go to hospital. My drove for her in her car. The aim was to get to the doctor. A taxi drove into them and send them rolling over and over and over again on the highway. The car landed of the road and was a complete write off. They were safe at least. However they did still go to hospital. The doctor there noted my aunt being sick and even took X-rays to rule out pneumonia 😭 we took all of that to DotSure Insurance after they had said that they won’t payout so we appealed and sent the report from hospital along with the appeal.

A whole week went by without a response from them. My aunt called only to be told the answer is still NO!

They are not compassionate, they payout to people who lie to them and not payout to people who are honest and have CLEAR EVIDENCE of what happened. They don’t care. They DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CLIENTS. They are just *******! At least they must give my Aunt all her premiums for all the years of payment to them with NO PAYOUT when needed!
