Dotsure dissapoitment 😒
I have had a premium car cover with Dotsure for 3years now and in the past they have been helpful. Since I trusted them they even introduced to me a V.I.P cover which is meant to speed up my claim should I have a problem and I am paying R150 more on my cover. On the 17th July 2023 I lost my keys and I reported it and they said KAITLIN will be dealing with my claim and promised to call me back and that has not happened. The cover I took with dotsure covers my car keys and now they are completely ignored my calls. DOTSURE IS NO LONGER WHAT IT USED TO BE. NOW IM CANT GO TO WORK BECAUSE I DONT HAVE THAT IM COVERED FOR.
