Dotsure & Digcall Assessors bad service!!!!!

House content claim- Break-in: Dotsure appointed the assessor from Digicall Assessing Solutions, which he came to conduct the VAR (Value at Risk) at my house. All the necessary documents required was given to him.

Now I am getting the same guy asking for the VAR again as if I am waiting for him to do that in my house. WhY??? in the 1st place did not do was he was suppose to do when we had the first appointment. And he is aware that I needed to make an appointment to take off at work.

Now I need to know if I am going to get my claim resolved and move on with my life as it has been TWO WEEKS without basic stuff for my family
