Big Shout out to the Dotsure team - What a great experience from start to finish. I recently am the proud owner of two Great Dane Pups (God help me), and I decided I wanted Pet Insurance. I reviewed 6 options - Dotsure were the most user friendly, Prompt reaction time and best balance of cost / value benefit.

Recently - My Pups picked up a severe Tummy bug ( apparently Hadeda **** is toxic to dogs - who knew), and I app**** for a claim. A Ms. Tash Tom from the claims team was phenomenal. About 2 min after submitting claim online I had a call - ran me through the claim, told me the value to be paid to me, and settled in under two minutes - Very happy client, and the pups are recovering well.❤
