I recently sold my vehicle and wanted to cancel my service, yet again, I found myself on their online platform speaking to an agent through their WhatsApp line. Efficient and professional, those are the two words that come to mind, Jason Lovell was efficient in his response and help and incredibly professional as he delivered on what he said he would do.

When I seek insurance again, I will definitely make contact with Dotsure again. Such a breathe of fresh air to deal with a company that doesn’t feel like they are trying to catch you out…a company that feels like the customer is the bottom line and not their profit margin…
